Ultrasonic rhinoplasty allows for fine sculpting and remodelling of the nasal bones with minimal trauma to the surrounding tissues. A tool specifically designed to precisely sculpt bone and cartilage without damaging skin and soft tissue. This special instrument is called a Piezotome and it allows the surgeon greater precision and less soft tissue damage. This means less bruising and swelling, resulting in a faster recovery without sacrificing the beauty of the outcome.

Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty can be performed in any type of nose but more specifically where hump reduction is the goal. Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty is not indicated for tip reduction as it does not involve bone and cartilage reshaping. In this case, conventional, Surgical Rhinoplasty is the best approach.
