1. The Consultation

   At your first appointment, you’ll meet Dr. Esmail for a one-on-one discussion. He’ll take a detailed medical history and explore your goals for rejuvenating your eyes.

2. Day of Surgery

   Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty takes 2-3 hours to complete. After the operation, a drip pad and nose cast will be placed on your nose to prevent dripping and shifting.

3. Post-Op: Days 1-3

   Swelling usually peaks 24-36 hours post-operation. Once dripping and leakage is complete, the drip pad can be removed and nasal spray can be used.

4. Post-Op: Day 7

   After 1-week post-op, the nose cast is removed at the follow-up appointment. Most patients are socially comfortable after 7-10 days post-op.

5. Post-Op: 1-month

   A 1-month follow-up is scheduled with Dr. Esmail to post-op to monitor the healing journey and ensure everything is on track.

6. Post-Op: 6-months

   The final follow-up takes place 6-months post-op. For most patients, this is the last follow-up for their procedure.

7. Post-Op: 1-Year

   Final results for Rhinoplasty can take up to 1-year to show as the nose continues to settle.
