1. Upper Blepharoplasty

   Upper Blepharoplasty, often called an eyelid lift, is a surgical procedure that restores a refreshed and youthful look to the eyes. Over time, drooping lids, puffiness, and excess skin can make you appear older, tired, or even impact your vision. This procedure removes or repositions excess skin and fat on the upper eyelids, reducing heaviness and smoothing away creases. The result is a brighter, more rested appearance with eyes that look open, alert, and natural.

2. Lower Blepharoplasty

   With age, the delicate muscles and tissues beneath the eyes can weaken, allowing fat to push forward and create puffiness or “bags.” A lower blepharoplasty smooths and recontours this area by repositioning or removing excess fat and tightening loose skin. The goal is a natural transition from the lower lash line to the mid-face, restoring a rested, youthful appearance. This procedure can also soften the look of dark circles that often appear alongside under-eye bags.

3. Brow Lift

   A brow lift lift rejuvenates the upper face by addressing sagging brows, eyelid hooding, and deep forehead lines. For patients with heavy lids or a tired, wrinkled forehead, this procedure can restore a more open, refreshed appearance. Dr. Esmail takes a conservative, minimalist approach, using four small incisions hidden within the hairline. Through these access points, the brow attachments are carefully released and repositioned, then secured in a naturally higher position. The result is a smoother forehead, brighter eyes, and a more youthful overall expression.

1. Post-Op: Day 5

   Sutures are removed at the the follow-up appointment 5-days post-op.

2. Post-Op: Day 10

   At day 10, most of the swelling and bruising is gone.

3. Post-Op: 3-Months

   A 3-month post-op follow-up is scheduled to monitor healing. Although most swelling subsides, some swelling can last up to 3-months in the lower lids.

4. Post-Op: 6-Months

   At the 6-month time period, the incision lines are pretty well hidden, but can remain pink for up to six months. By this time you will be fully healed
