A Deep Neck Lift is ideal for those who have and good skin elasticity. It is not a great procedure for patients with significant lower face aging or jowling as it does not address this. These patients are better suited for face-lift procedures.
In this procedure a small incision is made under the chin. Planes are elevated above and below the platysma muscle and fat removed from both layers. This muscle is then tightened in the mid-line like a corset, to provide a more refined Neck line. This procedure is often well paired with Radio-frequency skin tightening, buccal fat extraction and facial fat grafting for improved results.
